Gabriel Knight é um jogo que ouvia muito falar nos anos 90, então esse remake parecia uma ótima oportunidade de conhecê-lo. E, para o bem ou para o mal, essa versão de GK é tintin por tintin o que um adventure daquela época era, com todo charme e defeitos. Pode ser exatamente o que alguns buscam, mas lembremos: os point-and-click sumiram por algumas razões e elas estão todas presentes aqui. Para mim, restou a impressão de terem desperdiçado a oportunidade de usar o remake para aparar as arestas comuns nos jogos daquela época. Aqui, a experiência pode até agradar os saudosistas, mas não atrairá novo público. Se você quer bons adventures atuais, eu recomendo Unavowed e Whispers of a Machine, ou até mesmo Kathy Rain. Eles possuem histórias melhores, fluidez, personagens interessantes e bem menos encheção de linguiça. Para Gabriel Knight, a nota é 6,5.

Gabriel Knight is a wonderful adventure game made truly amazing by the voice acting of Tim Curry. I loved this game and the story. It is sad that Tim Curry passed away recently, but this is a great example of how he brought his A game to everything he did.
