Funny how every grievance I have with HD2 design wise from the weapons not really feeling or looking science fictiony enough (seriously the amount of guns in 2 that are just artstation illustrator portfolio assault rifles shotguns & pistols compared to 1's stronger classic sci fi leaning, it's like super earth regressed massively despite flavour text saying they got a lot of the illuminates tech tree after the first game. Curse of being a 2020's game where having a good artstyle is illegal now I suppose), to lack of mandated team effort in favour of letting individual players run off and die on their own at the other end of the map so many cool things about the first game are completely absent from it's successor. Really is just one of those times where the series got it right the very first time and the "more polished sequel" feels like a lesser experience to what came before in a lot of ways (many such cases really)

Player base sucks, host kicked all players after full mission and I lost all rewards because of it. Don't waste your time. If your playing with friends only than buy it, any other reason don't.

Its a very little player base, which is sad because this game is great, but everybody helps each other. I am coming to like this one better than the sequel.

An very good top-down shooter built around cooperative gameplay, with a wide variety of weapons, stratagems and playstyles. love the game but the last few online matches i have played and finished i ose connection right after extraction and havent gotten my xp or rewards from them mind you the missions were on hell diver mode and up so not easy missions to redo if this keeps up i dont think anyone would recommend this to anyone to play

Stilll holds up pretty well in the year 6202 imo, I still play this from time to time :3 I still can't find any other game that can replicate the experience of playing this game despite it being more than 10 years old, yes, including the sequel. I think the fact that I can still easily find games to join every time I boot up this game is incredible. Hope arrowhead makes something similiar again in the future...

This game is absolute chaos in the best possible way. HELLDIVERS is one of those games where a mission can start with everyone working together perfectly and end with the entire squad accidentally killing each other while trying to survive. Calling in airstrikes, turrets and other support while trying not to accidentally destroy your teammates is hilarious. The missions can become repetitive, but the unpredictable situations and teamwork keep things entertaining. Still, once you get comfortable with the mechanics, there's a lot of fun to be had. I'd especially recommend it to people who have a few friends to play with. Enjoy :)

Helldivers é um jogo obrigatório pra quem curte o clássico filme Tropas Estelares. O jogo abraça perfeitamente a estética da propaganda militarista exagerada do filme de Paul Verhoeven. No jogo você controla soldados descartáveis da "Super Terra" com a missão de espalhar a "Democracia" pela galáxia enfrentando hordas de insetos gigantes, cyborgs e alienígenas. Cooperativo frenético, o bom do jogo está no caos gerado pelo fogo amigo constantemente, chamar um ataque aéreo ou um suprimento no lugar errado pode esmagar seu próprio companheiro de equipe, transformando momentos de extrema tensão em cenas hilárias. Você vai morrer brutalmente, renascer em uma cápsula vinda do espaço e voltar direto para a linha de frente. Helldivers envelheceu incrivelmente bem e entrega uma das melhores experiências cooperativas.
