I'm just not having as much fun on this game as I was on the first house flipper. I'm missing the assembly of items - I know there's a workshop for assembling things on number two, but seems pointless. The graphics are more cartoony and doesn't feel as immersive in my opinion. In the first house flipper it actually felt like I was renovating properties, but this one... I can't even explain it. Not for me :)

Really relaxing and satisfying game. The building and decorating are fun, and there’s something weirdly enjoyable about taking a completely trashed house and turning it into something nice. Perfect game when you just want to chill, listen to some music and turn off your brain for a while.

都在夸2代有进步，那我来唱唱反调。首先刷墙的自由度确实比1代强，还新增了角色故事，建模渲染也好了，看起来是史诗级增强了是吧？但是！这个游戏它把小地图和房间的类型显示取消了！！！ 小地图的作用原本是用上帝视角定位污渍，这代完全用雷达替代了，也就是说有些污渍被家具盖上了还找不到，更重要的是有些房间或者独个小楼它是真的很容易被忽视了，我有个房子找了半天找不到剩下的污渍在哪，一看原来是房子旁边还有个小车库。 其次是房间类型显示取消掉真的对卖房党极不友好，第一个缺点好歹能用地毯式搜索把污渍挂干净，但不显示房间类型真的没法玩，这游戏还没有家具公式，得买家具一个个蒙，面积也得蒙，蒙完了还要花钱拍卖看看有没有把房间类型蒙出来，没蒙出来继续回到第一步，我按照买家的要求摆好家具照样不给判定，非常麻烦，真的给我蒙破防了。 最后一点不知道是不是我自己的问题，今天进去时它提示我文件损坏，死活不让我玩，下了重装还是这个死样

I prefer the first game still. I really miss being able to put things together like in the first game. This one you just place things down with out any assembly. Also the lawn and garden update is literally just a lawn mower and plant decorations. There's no way to lay sod or change ground textures. You don't dig holes you just plop trees down. If you cut gras sit stays cut... the first game it grew back slowly. IT kind of feels like they removed a lot of mechanics, customizabiliy, variety of items to decorations and instead went for "more house shapes" Its great if you like cleaning and painting, but that's about it in my opinion.

Это была спонтанная покупка, потом я загрузила игру проверить работоспособность, а зависла на 2,5 часа, будто мне в реальной жизни мало уборки и ремонтов. Графика не плохая, компьютер не перегружает. Не хватает какой-то медитативной фоновой музыки. В общем могу сказать, что игра залипательная и расслабляющая (Перфекционисты и Девы - это то, что Вам нужно).

Игра определенно стоит своих денег, много контента для простора фантазии. Но, всегда есть НО. Очень мало сюжетных историй, где нужно просто не думая выполнять задания, хочется больше заданий из "сообщений". Не хватает раздела "мастерская" , как в первой части, в которой я так же наиграла достаточно много. В общем и целом игра медитативная и затягивающая, рекомендую.

This is an improved version of the first House Flipper. The visuals are lovely and it made me care about the characters I'm working for However, a few issues arise when it comes to the gameplay. Some parts feel very stiff to play, specficially the cleaning, tiling/placing wallpaper and tiles, and, the worst one, the painting feels very annoying to control and I dread everytime I have to paint, the first game made painting enjoyable, but the new mechanic of free paint doesn't feel good to play, like if I use mouse, it's really slow and if I use WASD, it's extremely fast, it's very frustrating to control. But that's just me. I'll need to play it a bit more to get used to it, but the complicated mechanics isn't what this game needs, which is why I prefer the first House Flipper

Provides you what is promised for a pretty fair price. House Flipper 2 is overall an improvement of the mechanics of the first game and gives you tons of freedom to remodel or build houses of your own for various clients or just for fun. The Scooby Doo DLCs quests and purchaseable buildings are exceptionally good, they along with some other notable gems in the main game feature secret hideouts to explore and mysteries to solve (some of which are entirely optional) just through the location you're working at. I will note that there are some issues with clients recognising correctly what is in the houses you build for example I built the Mystery Gang a whole house and they praised the large office I built but I made some remodels and auctioned it again (not touchin the office at all) and when I tried to auction it a second time they complained... about the lack of office. They will also not recognise the home cinema no matter how many projectors I put in it. I even replayed the premade job where you build them a house and I don't think I missed anything. Same for the game room they want. You can still sell the houses at a decent profit though so its not that bad. Its just annoying after I specifically put the effort in to tailor the house to their needs.
