★★★★★ House Flipper – Cyberpunk DLC is a free cosmetic/content DLC inspired by futuristic cyberpunk aesthetics. It adds a completely new apartment with a unique environment, a transhumanist hand skin, and more than 70 cyberpunk-themed items. The main attraction is the new apartment, which was previously used as a hacker's research center. It gives you a futuristic environment filled with neon lighting and cyberpunk-style decoration that you can renovate and customize. Unlike larger House Flipper expansions, this DLC doesn't introduce a new gameplay system or a collection of new renovation jobs. Its purpose is mainly to give you a new property and a large collection of futuristic furniture and decorations. Adds: - 1 completely new cyberpunk apartment. - A unique futuristic environment. - 70+ cyberpunk-style items. - Transhumanist hand skin. - New futuristic furniture and decorations. - A hacker/research-center themed property. Pros: Completely free, excellent cyberpunk aesthetic, lots of new furniture and decorations, unique apartment, and great for players who enjoy futuristic interior design. Cons: Very limited compared with paid expansions, only one main property, no new gameplay mechanics, no major story campaign, and no substantial set of new jobs. Worth getting? Absolutely. Since it's free, there's practically no downside. The amount of furniture and the unique apartment make it a worthwhile addition, especially if you like cyberpunk or futuristic designs. Overall: 9/10 — not a huge expansion, but considering that it's free, it provides a surprisingly good amount of new content and customization.

This DLC adds I think 4 additional properties players can purchase. No change in buyers. A lot of it reminded me of stuff from Cyberpunk 2077, which is a pretty dang fun game if you haven't already tried it. Anyway, basically do what you normally would in the base game: Target a buyer, fix up the property according to their likes vs dislikes and sell it for profit. My number 1 buyer of Cyberpunk properties was Veronica, for the record. All Cyberpunk-themed stuff is also available to use in base properties.
