How Fish Is Made is a small but incredibly fun and unusual game that manages to surprise you with its absurd humor and strange atmosphere. How Fish Is Made definitely isn't a game for everyone, but if you enjoy absurd humor, strange stories, and short indie games that leave an impression, it's definitely worth checking out.

Um jogo profundamente existencialista sobre buscar um significado em um sistema opressor. O jogo não te dá respostas claras. Não há explicações lógicas ou uma espécie de “Deus” que dita o propósito daquele lugar. O jogo te coloca em situações de incerteza enquanto os peixes ao seu redor tentam constantemente influenciar a forma como você enxerga as opções que lhe são dadas. Eles tentam convencer você de que o caminho “X” ou “Y” é o certo. No fim, você tem que escolher se vai “descer” ou “subir”, passando pela pressão de ter que fazer uma escolha e, principalmente, a “escolha certa”. Só que nenhuma delas vai te oferecer salvação, porque tudo não passava de uma grande ilusão de escolha desde o início.

Got soft locked in the expansion and I didnt even eat all the fish I talked to. Just the Cake dude, because it made me. I couldent fit through the hole in the floating meat grinder in the dark area. I was too big. I picked up all the large fish near that hole and couldent get inside and decided this games too buggy.

Se nota quienes están detrás del jueguito, se lo vi hace años a alguien y me apeteció rejugarlo. Es una fumada, pero te lo pasas mu bien. Encima el DLC es el mejor tráiler jugable que he visto en mucho tiempo. O nunca, quizá.

A flopping simulator about faith, choice, and the importance (or unimportance?) of standing firm in your convictions. And yes, we do learn how fish is made. Interestingly, for a game (or maybe more of a rant) about such weighty themes, the game doesn't actually seem to have much to really SAY about any of them. It just invites you to explore them in philisophical discussions with various deranged fish. Still, was worth the price of admission.
