I downloaded this thinking it would just be a cute little story game. I was not prepared for the feelings. Marie’s Room is short, simple and honestly really beautiful. You’re basically exploring a room and slowly putting together a story through the little things you find, and I love how something so small can make you feel so invested. It has this quiet, nostalgic atmosphere that makes you want to look at EVERYTHING because even the smallest object might tell you something about the people who lived there and what happened between them. The storytelling is definitely my favorite part. It doesn’t need some massive world or complicated gameplay to keep you interested. It just lets you explore, notice things and slowly understand more of the story. And by the end I was just sitting there like… Oh. It’s one of those games that reminds me why I love little story-driven indie games so much. Sometimes you don’t need 100 hours of gameplay. You just need a small experience that actually makes you feel something. If you love emotional stories, cozy exploration and games where you piece together someone’s life through their belongings and memories, definitely play this. It’s free, it’s beautiful, and it’s absolutely worth your time. 10/10 — came to explore a bedroom, left emotionally attached to people who aren’t real.

I thinks this game is beautiful, the scenery, the music, the voice acting, even the sound effects are all very well made. The story is also nice to follow. Amazing short game. I loved it!

small scale exploration game with emotional story, it was voice-acted which I liked and really nice to play in one sitting. It lasted me around an hour but it is FREE to play, so thats great!

I revisit this after 6 years and the story telling is remarkable. I really didn't understand a thing back then but as i grow up things started to add up. I you have the game in your library i recommend you replayed it, if not, Just download and play. totally worth your time!

great game loved the story voice acting was extremely good and im just shocked that the game is actually free 100% worth it
