I don't know why people hated on this game. Sure, the multiplayer aspect was missing for online-play, but the game fundamentals were amazing.

Als je een vaste ploeg vrienden hebt waarvan je weet dat hun online zijn, dan is het ontzettend leuk om met elkaar te spelen. Het spel werkt goed en is echt een leuke ervaring om te spelen. Echter: verwacht niet dat als je een online game zoekt, dat je dan net zoals andere spellen een hele grote groep spelers hebt. Elke keer als je wilt spelen en vaste ploeg vrienden zijn er niet, dan zijn er nooit maar dan ook echt nooit spelers beschikbaar online. Echt heel erg jammer omdat het spel ontzettend leuk en vermakelijk is.

Works fine if you unplug everything you don't need and disable all monitors except one. Amateur coding issues require amateur solutions. Literally, go look at the support discussions. If your code wont run on a system because of the types of peripherals plugged in to it, or because you have more than one display, then you made major mistakes and oversights while programming. Hilarious. Game is great, but the hassle of fudging around to get it to work is ridiculous and could have been avoided with experienced programmers.

Fun game, although might make your friends ragequit, then rage dox you, then rage harass you and your entire family, send death threats to you and your pets, become mentally unstable and emotionally abusive towards you, team up to grief you, etc.

Monopoly Plus is a great game if you hate your friends. I thought I was going to play a friendly board game. Then I landed on someone's property... They charged me rent... I landed on another one... More rent... Then they built hotels and started financially ruining my bloodline. The worst part is watching your friend become a real estate mogul while you're sitting there with $4 and a railroad. The animations are nice, the board looks great, and the gameplay is exactly what you'd expect from Monopoly. Would recommend. My friendships, however, would not.

Played this with my boyfriend and I can confirm Monopoly is a great way to test a relationship. Everything was fine until he started buying all the properties I wanted.
