O jogo é uma grande DLC do storm 4 vendida a preço cheio. Só comprem em promoção (como eu fiz). O modo história é um slideshow bobo e o "modo história especial" é filler. Você gasta um dinheirão (sem falar das DLCs) para ter acesso a apenas 10 personagens novos (alguns são variações de personagens que já existiam). NUNCA compre a preço cheio. Infelizmente a Bandai Namco nunca falha em mostrar o quanto é mercenária. Ainda bem que não comprei no lançamento. Essa empresa deveria aprender com a CD Projekt Red que mostrou que é possível fazer uma DLC de um jogo antigo sem precisar lançar uma "cópia" a preço cheio (é só fazer uma versão para nova geração com melhorias e lançar um upgrade gratuito para quem já tem o jogo).

Verdict: A huge letdown. Ninja STORM 3 and 4 are better in every single way (fights, animations, emotional moments, variety of characters in Campaign …). I would say that it is redundant if you have the previous games, otherwise wait for a sale due to how lazy the Naruto campaign is. Completionist: 20 hours with the event, 30 without it + Positives + + Steam achievements (45, a lot of grinding) + Local VS + I haven’t experienced any problems with the performance or crashes + 158 characters to pick from (although a lot of them are variants – like 3x Kakashi, 2x Minato, about 10x Naruto …) + About 14 new characters (some are from Boruto; some are original ones) + Full Naruto story (43 fights from the original anime) + Tons of game modes in Free Battle (Survival, Tournament, Vs Battle, League Battle and their variants) + You can customise your characters (5 slots on body, substitution and finish scene) + Online battles + Tons of skins and costumes (1353, about 290 original ones and 4-5 colour schemes for each) + Items to modify your profile and style (5460) + Encyclopaedia (568 pages about characters and lore) + The cutscenes where the developers tried are amazing (but there is only about 10 of them in Boruto story) + Some fights in the campaign are really neat (Itachi vs Kabuto, Madara vs Hashirama, Naruto vs Nagato …) even though they are copy pasted from Ninja STORM 4 + The last patch added a bonus free character (always a fan of that) + You can pick Handicaps for VS mode (e.g. player 1 doing less damage or having slower Chakra regeneration) – Negatives – - No Steam trading cards - Pre-order DLC and Anime music DLC (20 bucks for 5 songs) - Getting through the menu into an actual game is a loading screen simulator - I believe most of the content is copy pasted from Ninja STORM 4 - The campaigns are honestly much worse than Ultimate Ninja STORM games - I cannot overestimate by how much worse it is - No fight is even close to fights from Ninja STORM 4 like Guy vs Madara or Team 7 vs Kaguya - Usually it is slideshow cutscene – Vs fight with nothing interesting – slideshow cutscene - Bosses are almost completely absent this time - QTE segments are pointless – no matter what you do they proceed the same way (you can literally AFK during them) - additionally, QTE events cannot be failed this time - Music is absent for the majority of the game - Slide show with voice over instead of story In Naruto - Terrible in-game cinematics in Boruto story with no voice over - Doesn’t support crossplay and PC scene is pretty much dead - The new original Boruto story was a miss for me (he is playing VR Ninja game for a solid part of it and you just fight random opponents and part of it is straight up 9 fights taken from Naruto’s campaign) - S ranks require no skill to achieve – depending on character, it is basically either ninjitsu spam or chakra dash spam. You may include an occasional dodge if you wish - Controller and Keyboard are not recognised as a possibility for the local VS modes (you need 2 controllers for that) - It is a bit weird, but if you play VS mode with another player, only the winner gets exp to character progression Note: If you want to get the game for 100% count with about 10 more hours than I have. There was an event happening (Proficiency Boost) that gave players 5 times more experience per game

Ok, vamos lá, vale preço cheio? não, pega em um promo beleza? agora tá baratinho. Em relação ao gameplay é o mais completo da franquia, tem quem goste porque é mais facilitada desde o storm 3 ou quem não curta tanto para aqueles que curtem mais " dificuldade " que foi até o generations, sim ainda há o tilt que foi substituido pelo Y + X. A " História " que a galera reclama é o recap dos jogos anteriores da franquia storm, deixando bem CLARO, não tem todas as bosses battle, somente algumas, interprete como quiser, por mim foi para não desvalorizar os outros jogos já que teria tudo aqui. Questão de história do jogo mesmo, está na " História especial ", o começo sim há encheção de linguiça e parece um filler de boruto, enquanto os eventos vai se escalonando e você sente que é um arco mesmo, o final me quebrou muito, a relação da " nanashi " com o boruto me fez gostar mais do personagem, é incrivel como naruto pega no emocional, enfim, questão de história, jogue o " especial " e conte o recap como extra. Não vou endeusar tanto, as cutscenes estão lindas, porém há falta de QTE infelizmente em momentos que se encaixariam perfeitamente. Storm Connections tem o feeling e pra mim sim é um jogo " ponte " assim como o " generations " e o " revolution " que a história do naruto mecha é legalzinha e emocionante também. Dublagem é um ponto que não curti tanto, há momentos que realmente parece IA e não tem o lipsinc, engraçado que há momentos que se encaixam e outros não, enfim, é meu ponto negativo. Enfim, e você gosta da franquia storm não vá por análise de gente com 1 hora de jogo, compre sabendo que você vai ter a experiência de um " Revolution " da vida.

I bought this mainly because I wanted to relive the feeling I had playing Storm 3, Revolution and Storm 4 when I was younger. I really wanted a more modern Naruto Storm experience with the same kind of fun. Unfortunately, I ended up refunding it. The game just feels like the same thing as the older Storm games, but somehow worse. The animations can feel really wacky, the combat feels noticeably slower, and overall it just doesn't have the same impact or polish that the older games had. It's honestly pretty unfortunate, because I really wanted to like this game. I wanted to get that nostalgic Storm experience again, but with a more modern game. Instead, it just made me want to go back and play the older ones. Maybe it's better if you're completely new to the series, but as someone who grew up playing Storm 3, Revolution and 4, I just couldn't get into it.

Dont play this in 2026, Imagine trying to play ranked and having your game crash on 60% of matches when you hit rematch. Then you get docked and a badge deeming you as a 'Disconnection hazard' Check my specs, NO WAY a game with this many updates cant even handle the rematch button. I've seen it on both sides too, I hit rematch start to load in and the opponent DC at the exact time, If its not you DCing it's them.

Disclaimer. I did not touch the online mode nor do I intend to, so if you are looking to play online, then this review is not for you. This is exactly the Storm game I wanted for years and I only realized it existed now. The entire Naruto and Shippuden stories in a single convenient package, including even remastered versions of most boss fights involving Naruto and Sasuke from the past games. No time wasted running around boring boring worlds, just a straight line of cutscenes, regular combat, and boss fights to experience the entire story in a single game. The roster is also fantastic, including ALL characters from previous Storm games (even Mecha Naruto yes), including DLC costumes. It also adds a couple new characters like Indra and Asura, plus about a dozen brand new Boruto characters - I don't follow Boruto but hell it's just fun to have even more characters to added to the mix. Combat is also head and shoulders the best it has ever been and by far the best for this anime arena-type games. The things that stood out to me the most after playing all previous Storm games were: ability to cancel jutsus and dashes, what was previously the "tilt" action replaced the chakra throwable to become a second jutsu, and you can now continue your combos even when the opponent is about to fall to the ground i.e. you don't have those seconds of just running next to the opponent waiting to get up. The game also includes an original Boruto-centered story but even skipping all the cutscenes I could tell it was a lame rehash of Boruto relieving Naruto's stories while randomly mixing in beloved characters. The original part was adding a Uchiha girl who apparently was a "living weapon" type of character for the clan. Didn't really care enough to watch the cutscenes but that's what I got from it - anyway, she was added this week as a playable character and she is really fun to play with. All in all, I was coming off the back of replaying all the Storm games back to back and I was feeling incredibly disappointed in how bad some moments were, like the whole combat in Storm 2, the final boss in Storm 3 and how janky the giant fights were in Storm 4. Dropping into Connections now was amazing to finally replay the entire story in a single game without any of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the previous games always had. Content-wise, after 6 hours to complete the Naruto plus Shipuden replay AND the Boruto-original story, I am done and now I have to make my own fun. It's a bittersweet feeling that I no longer can make my own stories in my head and live them through random battles, but I feel happy knowing that I now have this neat little package where I can always come back to and experience all the best aspects of the Storm series in a single game.

Honnêtement c’est probablement le pire jeu de la franchise Storm et ça se ressent On a vraiment l’impression que les développeurs n’avaient plus envie de poursuivre la série et quelque part je les comprends C’est quasiment un copier coller des anciens Storm On nous promet une nouvelle technique par personnage mais dans la majorité des cas c’est simplement une technique déjà présente dans les anciens opus déplacée sur une autre touche Et supprimer les gros shuriken était franchement incompréhensible Le mode histoire qui reprend les combats des anciens Storm est décevant il manque pas mal de combats et l’histoire de Boruto est encore pire que celle de Storm 4 Très peu de contenu surtout après les premiers DLC Le mode combat a certes été amélioré mais ça reste assez minime Les graphismes commencent également à sérieusement dater et la majorité du roster était déjà présente dans les anciens jeux Le jeu vaut le coup uniquement en promotion ou si vous n’avez jamais joué aux anciens Storm Malgré tout les nouveaux personnages restent plutôt sympas

Le jeu est bien, il est beau, fluide et tout. Mais tu paye pour une update graphique.. sinon les nouveaux perso de boruto et autres c'est des DLC.. le jeu n'amène pas de nouveaux vieux perso comme: Anko qui serait incroyable ou d'autres personnages apparue avant shippuden... Le mode histoire N'A AUCUNE CINÉMATIQUE si ce n'est pour quelques combats (j'ai fais que le 1er chapitre sur les 8 a voir si je modifie..)
