I was looking for a game similar to Banished when I found this, and it's pretty much exactly what I was looking for. There's still a lot of work that needs to be done from this Early Access stage and hopefully the dev keeps up with it but I understand they're having some difficult times.

Amazing game. I can play for hours and run different scenarios for what i want to accomplish. Limited by imagination and they are constantly pushing new features and fixes!

Its a real time absorbing calm play without combat. Cozy city builders are a great branch of the genre. This one is set in the 1700s so Id call it more renascience than medieval but many people don't know the difference so "medieval" is well enough. It uses graphics based on eastern Europe which is a nice change. For the price point it does quite well. Its not a huge company with huge dev team. It has been progressing steadily. Will it be the only game I play? no. Will it be a game to play for calmer experience amid War Thunder etc? yes. Is it worth it? yes.

This is probably the best city builder I have played (and I have played loads) other games i seem to get bored with, I just keep coming back to Ostriv, absolutely love it!

People sleep on this game. Played Manor Lords before this, but Ostriv is way more in depth. Choosing where buildings gather their resources from, making storages grab from other storages. The transport logicstics are also way better. They're not going to walk to the other side of town to grab stone from the mine if there's stone stored closer. Only downside; No war-like mechanisms.

Гра неймовірно затягує, захоплює деталізація та атмосфера. Персонажі навіть хрестяться перед входом у церкву)) В мене село на 400 людей, і все працює без проблем, тому вважаю що оптимізація достатьо хороша, не знаю що буде при населенні 2000, подивимось, але гру однозначно рекомендую!
