90% of the main screen you can't do anything with without paying for DLC. To even play a game of basic pinball you have to figure out which 2 out of about 100 tables you own, most likely suffering DLC upsell attempts multiple times. The monetisation strategy has overwhelmed the UI, and the game is the worse for it.

Since I now have a few tables in common between Pinball FX and FX Classic (Formerly FX3) from buying a couple of legacy bundles I can better compare the 2 and, like most reviewers, prefer the Classic older version. While the tables look the same to me on my older monitor, the flow is better on FX Classic and it's easier to do well. Both have their pros and cons, but to me the biggest advantage of FX classic is the navigation...it's just better. The newer FX version seems clunky and awkward, while the older Classic version is super easy to navigate even when just using the limited controls on my cabinet. Any unlocks given after a game are right there when you finish and are easy to apply, and visually all options are clear and obvious without the clutter found in the newer version. Even exiting the game is easier in the old one! IMO they should have kept this interface and just upgraded the tables when needed within this version. It's like companies don't actually play the products they put out, so they don't see the problems from a player's POV.

I like the gameplay and the feel of it being the real thing although I miss having the flippers on the side of the tables.

its fun but only 1 table is free Have to purchase all other tables but they go on massive sales. Only problem is, it takes a bit of research to get the best bang for your buck. You can trial all tables for about 2 minutes and then it ends the game. Good to see if you like it. Tables are decently cheap.

od kilku lat najlepszy symulator (pinball) kultowych stołów flipperów - sporo kosztuje ta zabawa ale dla miłośnika stalowej kulki to wciąż niewiele w porównaniu z kultowymi maszynami po 30 tys za jedną a tu jest spory wybór jakby miec w domu Muzeum Flipperów albo Zagrywki <3 polecam tak jak te dwa w/w miejsca...

If you want the pinball experience without leaving the house, this is the next best thing. Still not as great as the real thing.
