The Echo packs are pretty much neccesary to get your money's worth, as combined they roughly double the length of the game. Make sure you get the Complete Pack, as you get both Echo Packs + the Weapon Pack for $15 less than you'd spend individually.

Short version: 61% Despite its shortcomings, the first half of the Echo Six campaign stands leagues above the original story mode in level design and character interactions. It is still somewhat repetitive and painfully short for its price. Long version: The Echo Six DLC campaign is what Operation Raccoon City should have been in the first place. It follows one of the elite squads of Special Operations units deployed in Raccoon City, as they try to uncover evidence of Umbrella’s involvement in the city’s demise. The writing shows signs of actual effort: Echo Six almost immediately runs into an escaping Jill Valentine and Carlos Olivera from RE3, right before bumping into Sherry Birkin and Claire Redfield from RE2. We even get a few boss battles against the Nemesis and the early form of the mutated William Birkin. In other words, these three chapters have more in common with the titular Raccoon City than the original campaign. Still, there are some issues here as well. Disregarding the topic of cutting a campaign into two (or three, if you consider the free first chapter), this thing is still too expensive for three new levels, especially since they can be completed in 60-90 minutes. In addition, while the stages are better, combat is shallow: it is either a gigantic horde mode or a drawn-out fight against bosses who put a new meaning into “bullet sponge”. Thankfully, there are a few intense and genuinely fun fights along the way, but in the end, this DLC is just an above-average third-person shooter with a Resident Evil skin.

aqui tenemos 3 misiones donde en vez de jugar como miembros de umbrella, somos soldados de los estados unidos enviados a raccoon city para investigar el colapso de la ciudad. presenta 6 personajes nuevos pero que comparten el mismo arbol de habilidades de los lobos. aunque es de notar que las misiones de los spec ops son mas largas y dificiles que las de la campaña principal, ademas de presentar un nuevo jefe y tener un unico final en vez de los 2 que tenia la campaña principal

What can I say they fixed one of my favorite Resident Evil games hopefully they can figure out some sort of online play for it soon would love for more people to experience this game.

2022 review : i really enjoyed my time playing this game. i played 3 out of 14 missions with some other players. but for the rest of the game i was all alone. the DLC is much better than the main game. encountering Jill and NEMESIS are really fun, although i have no idea why the DLC is divided into 2 parts ?! for sure buy both Echo Six DLCs on sale ! if you ask me, at this point that the game is dead you should get both DLCs for 5 or 6$ i gave the main game :5/10 - i give the DLC : 6/10 . if you read this until here i made a game for iOS called "FatHatBoy" please check it out <3

This DLC lets you play as echo six the goverment forces trying to save civilians and stop the unbrella forces in racoon city, The missions in the DLC are slightly more harder then the base game but still have the same gameplay issues which made the orginal suck. Only buy if you like the actual game, with both echo six DLC's you will get same amount of missions the base game came with.

Comecei a jogar sem muito compromisso, pois já havia terminado a campanha principal e já não me importava tanto com o jogo. Me surpreendi com o conteúdo, achei até mais divertido que a campanha principal.

Bueno, vamos a ver, voy a repasar las cosas punto por punto Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City - Echo Six Expansion Pack 1 ALERTA: Puede que esta reseña tenga algunos spoilers sobre enemigos o escenarios del juego pero viendo el nombre los enemigos son predecibles y los escenarios no tienen mucha vida, así que comencemos HISTORIA: La historia es aburrida tanto como la de la campaña o incluso peor ESCENARIOS: Son exactamente igual de aburridos y malos que como en la campaña PERSONAJES: Creo yo que respecto a enemigos la expansión mejora un poco, las voz del Mando es reciclada pero si obvias este detalle te darás cuenta que los personajes tienen un poquito más de interacción pero tampoco para tanto ENEMIGOS: Son lo mismo que la campaña principal solo que obviamente los Spec Ops fueron cambiados por fuerzas de Umbrella, aún así sus partes siguen siendo igual de malas y molestas que como los Spec Ops DIVERSIÓN: La expansión es divertida pero la campaña principal es mucho más divertida (Además puedes continuar desde un punto de control si lo dejaste) Conclusión: 4.8 No te recomendaría comprarlo a menos que este en una oferta muy buena junto con todos los DLC´s del juego, para tener más contenido y divertirte o si quieres jugar la Echo Six Expansion Pack 2 aunque no se conectan tanto y puedes jugarlo aparte pero bueno Atte: SHERRY ESTA MUY BUGEADA
