If you liked Rewrite (specifically the common route) and care about the characters, you'll probably enjoy this quite a bit. As for me, I though Rewrite was very okay and I only really care about half the cast (Akane, Kotori, Shizuru). While Kotori's route is very good, Akane and Shizuru's ended up being my least favorite. All the routes except Kotori's and maybe Chihaya's and Lucia's are too divorced from what I expect from the world of Rewrite and lack the elements I liked from the main game. I know it's just a fandisc, but the routes get way too silly at points. Rewrite is a very silly game, especially in the common route, but here, the silliness happens in ways which I don't think fit the characters. For example, a lot of Akane's humor in the common route of Rewrite comes from her being a very arrogant person who has considerable power, wealth, and influence, and looks down upon Kotarou yet she's constantly being forced to entertain all the stupid ♥♥♥♥ he does. Here, Akane is just a huge nepobaby. Her wealth and power felt fitting due to how ambitious and cunning she was in the original, but they just turned her into a big ol' dunderhead with more money than sense. Sure, I won't lie and say it wasn't amusing at times, but it barely felt like the same character. I was honestly checked out for most of the routes because it felt like playing some bizarre parody of Rewrite rather than Rewrite. Thankfully the routes are all pretty short, just 1-2 hours for each of them. There's also a dungeon crawler turn-based JRPG that's unlocked when you finish every route. I can't really comment on that though since I played about 10 minutes before deciding that it's not my thing. If you played Saya's route from Little Busters it looks exactly the same as the minigame from that. - Kotori's route: [7/10] Just good stuff. Provides a nice epilogue to Kotori's route from the main game. This approach definitely could've been used for everyone else's route as well. It's not like Kotori's ending was especially ambiguous or everyone else's was especially conclusive. - Chihaya's route: [6/10] I was very surprised I enjoyed this considering Chihaya is my least favorite character. Felt like one of the weekend quests. - Kagari's route: [5/10] If I paid more attention and cared about Kagari I think I would have enjoyed this more. I didn't even find her character compelling in Terra. - Lucia's route: [5/10] Tries to have a proper story rather than just fluff but it's too much with too little runtime. - Akane's route: [5/10] See above. - Shizuru's route: [5/10] The boob ending was funny for the few minutes it lasted in the original. The joke ran out of steam like 5 minutes into this.
