As a person who loves video games, who loves puzzle games AND who actually creates crosswords and word puzzles for a living (in Italian, but still), you understand how I couldn't absolutely miss playing Rita. And it was definitely worth it. It is a work of love, from beginning to the end, and it shows. Well done!

I thought I'd be getting a fun little word puzzle game, and in a sense I was correct. I also got such a lovely time that I'm genuinely full of warm and fuzzy feelings for this game. Truly couldn't ask for a more heartfelt adorable little bit of puzzling!

This was a lovely game - a lot of polish, and it kept up enough variety to stay interesting through to the end. I really liked the message and personal connection to the dev, as well. Very nice achievement - Rita would be proud.

This game is unexpectedly great! We had a little trouble with the visuals at first, needed to update video drivers (known problem, so if everything is black, update your drivers), tried it again this morning and love it! Ran my stream way over because we were having so much fun with it and couldn't stop. Clever mechanics with new word games being introduced and new ways to play the games you already know about. Plus several minigames, engaging characters and a cute overall appearance. Will be playing it again.

Raining? Oh, Those Are My Tears! This was unbelievably a beautiful presentation. Wholesome, cute, and cozy on the surface, but the game carries a surprisingly deep and sometimes heartwrenching message, one that resonates powerfully if you connect with what the developer is sharing in the final moments of the thematic reveal. The puzzles are thoughtfully designed to promote learning and comprehension for children, yet they remain engaging enough for adults and older audiences, never feeling overly simplistic or childish. RITA goes beyond its unassuming appearance with nostalgic references to the 1900s and 1990s, a heartfelt story, genuine bonds, and a short form four-hour playtime. You’d be doing yourself a disservice by overlooking this hidden masterpiece. Rita would, certainly without a doubt, be immensly proud of you Spork. I also received a similar comment on my final visit, which was harder to swallow, because I haven't been able to. Rita is a short sweet game, kind hitting that lill' Gator Game itch about childlike wonder. The puzzels escalate in difficulty with the rigth amount, and even though I would have liked more, I am still satisfied enough with the game's length. You can beat it in an afternoon, but it will be a very fun afternoon. 8/10 give it a try
