I got a buddy who has suffered serious brain damage from welding. He's really really really not there all the way. He enjoys this game and I play it with him because I feel bad. He smells like pickles. I recommend this game for people who also have a physically incapable colleague. But I will never play it alone until it has a serious competitive scene, a battle royale, switches to unreal engine 5, and uses in-game purchases similar to EA.

I love this game, i was looking for a quick 2v2 or 1v1 shooter like the rivals, but i HATE roblox. This is exactly what i was looking for, i'd still even play if it was payed.

​​I stumbled upon STRAFTAT through the game VHOLUME, and it immediately scratched that dystopic brutalism itch—a vibe I love across all of the dev's releases. ​If you’re looking for a top-tier 1v1/2v2 arena shooter, this is it. You get a ridiculous amount of various maps (150+), a wild arsenal ranging from katanas to rocket launchers to grenades and claymores, and tons of character customization. ​I’ve sunk a few hours into 1v1 with my boyfriend and 2v2 with friends, and both modes have been non-stop fun. I haven't tried the quick match lobbies yet, so I can't share my opinion on what kind of creatures might lurk there, but since STRAFTAT is free and the devs are still actively updating the game after two years, you have zero reason not to grab it. Recommended for anyone who loves fast-paced arena shooters, chaotic 2v2 matches, and has a heart for a raw, brutalist aesthetic.

The best shooter on the market right now. It reminds me of old school Unreal Tournament. The aesthetic, maps and gameplay are perfect. The game is rich with maps and weapons & each match is dynamic. My only wish is that they add a stallion costume so that I can look like my hero the Amazonian.

What a phenomenal game. Perfectly captures the very best parts of the golden era of Unreal Tournament 2004 and Quake III Arena. Faster pace, incredible levels, fun weapons, an absolute blast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This was clearly built with love by people who chose FUN over everything else, and they landed it.
