It's easy to pass this off as something like Slender: The Arrival, where it doesn't offer much that the free version doesn't, but there's more content here than you might think, if you can actually get good enough to unlock it. The entertainment comes from the sheer absurdity of it and the purposefully awful controls. Crack open the ribs with a hammer, rip out the lungs with your hands and just kind of drop them by the table. Or better yet, throw them out a moving ambulance. You can even "accidentally" prick yourself with a syringe and make everything trippy. At it's best, it's like playing a Three Stooges routine. It's also significantly funnier when you have people watching. I actually recommend it if it's on sale and you're up for something more experimental. The free version is basically a demo of the first level. Admittedly, the joke may not be worth $10.

Управление поганое и надо прям привыкать к нему, уже потом будет проще и от этого интереснее играть. Реально как будто на мобилке проще играть в подобное. Лучшие операции из дополнений.

Recomendo, mas saiba no que está entrando. O controle é intencionalmente horrível: cada dedo numa tecla e o mouse girando o pulso, então abrir a caixa torácica vira uma chacina. Levei 61 horas quebrando costela com martelo, derrubando o coração no chão e vendo o cronômetro de sangue zerar. A graça é justamente errar feio e rir sozinho. As variações fora da mesa de cirurgia aumentam bastante o caos. Frustra? Frustra muito. Mas nenhum jogo me fez gargalhar tanto com o próprio fracasso.

The true magic of Surgeon Simulator lies entirely in its intentionally terrible hand controls and its chaotic physics. Honestly, the game doesn't need any glitch fixes—the ridiculous bugs and physics glitches are half the fun and will have you dying of laughter every single time. The clunky mechanics and broken physics are what make this game a total classic!

You guys better bring back the same gameplay style in this one to the 3rd game you'll make. The 2nd one sucks and has features nobody asked for, no wonder why it's got mixed reviews, as for this one, MUAH! Chef's kiss.
