Absolutely amazing story. I grown attached to the cast and I believe the ending wraps everything nicely. Velvet is an amazingly written protagonist and Cristina Valenzuela deserves and Oscar for her voice acting. The combat isnt the defining feature for me but if you like action based gameplay i believe its mature enough to satisfy most players. The OST isnt anything to write home about . but there are a few bangers especially the opening sequence. If you are new to JRPS and like action based combat with a rich story i highly recommend Tales of Berseria

Great cast and voice acting. The story is alright, definitely carried by the characters and their interactions. The battle system tho, even after completing the game, I still have no clue how that ♥♥♥♥ worked.

Dont know. 42 Hours in and its boring. Combat isnt fun, the story seems to drag on forever. Boring map design. Even FFX from 2001 had much better map design and city design. Probably wont finish this and just watch a story conclusion somewhere.

great game although i hate those kind of endings(no spoilers). Has a continuation in tales of zestria since this is a prequel. definitely worth to buy on sale manage to complete almost everything i think its worth in terms of story and gameplay

I originally bought this game just for Velvet, but I ended up loving the entire party. The main story line and character development, even for some of the NPCs, are pretty good, and the drawings during the credits were deeply touching. Like other games in the Tales series, it features high-quality anime cinematics. However, the combat tends to be repetitive, and exploration is plain boring. The minigames are also incredibly annoying. Once I got tired of the fluff, I decided to streamline the main story to roll the credits, and I enjoyed the game much more that way.

Официально заявляю это лучшая игра в серии Тела оф! Начиная с истории, персонажами, музыкой, кат сценами и тд..... Что по истории (это игра приквел к Зестри) Здесь нам впервые в серии дают ГГ с серой моралью (Она ради мести готова пойти на всё) и что самое главное её сюжет не старается её обелить. Дальше персонажи (что тут говорить, в Телас Оф они всегда были прописаны хорошо) в особености я могу похвалить Элеанор (её сюжетная арка самая лучшая в игре) начинает свой путь как простенькая девчуля которая верит всему а заканчивает более уверенной леди............ Короче говоря абсолют синема! все срочно покупать и проходить Главный вопрос! почему Французы думают что JRPG нужно воскрешать ? и без них в этом жанре много годноты

very repetitive combat and so much grinding but the character chemistry and skits are peak. Best party banter ever.
