Stunning story that touches - to this day - deep philosophical aspects. Travel through time from Roman Empire, to Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt and Ancient Sumer to uncover the secrets that lie beneath the stone. Very Outer Wilds like, requires some form of being able to tie ends together as well as ability to finish the game quite quickly once you're aware of all the tricks up its sleeves.

I wish I could give this game a neutral rating. It's fine and has a decent story, but the writing was not nearly as clever as it thinks it is. The only time I was pleasantly surprised was in the conversation with the Hermit Philosopher, when we discuss the problem at the heart of the Golden Rule. The final big twist in particular nearly made me rage quit, because it seemed so pseudo-profound. It still really feels like a Betheseda game in a bad way (it began as a Skyrim mod) and not just because it seems to be using the same engine as Starfield. I really did not care for the extensive dialogue trees, which felt both really unimmersive and wordier than they needed to be. The dialogue needed stricter editing. I did not feel super engaged by the story, instead it seemed like I was talking to characters at random and the story advanced itself without needing me to think too hard. Another thing which kept me from getting immersed was that the characters use too much modern day vernacular. I wish this game had leaned a little harder into how weird and different people in the ancient past were according to modern sensibilities. Lastly, the combat sections felt extremely ill-suited for a game like this, but were very obviously rooted in this game's origins as a Skyrim mod.

Bir Skyrim modu olarak geliştirilmeye başlamış ve ardından bir oyun olmuş, çokta güzel olmuş. %100 bitirtecek kadar sevdim. Üstünüze adeta saçtığı seçenek yığınında adeta boğuldum diyebilirim. Buna güzel bir örnek vermem gerekirse; ben Enis Kirazoğlu'ndan gördüm oyunu ve o başlangıçta Başkan Sentius'a gidiyordu o ve bunun asıl başlangıç falan olduğunu zannettim. Bende dedim ki "herkesle konuştuktan sonra uğrarım Sentius'a" ve bir baktım ki oyunun belki en popüler karakteriyle konuşmadan jenerik akıyor, oyun bitmiş. Neyseki 4 tane sonu varda, bi 3 saat civarı daha oynadım. Tüm sonlara bakacağım diyorsanız 10-11 saat civarında bitiyor, ben %100 yapmayı seçtim, memnunumda. 8.5/10

This game has a good concept, but its poorly built. While there are some fun elements like talking to characters, the game gets repetitive and punishing quickly. Adding different game modes and checkpoints and auto quick saves more often would make the game be better. Losing 20 minutes of progress because of one accidental fall completely ruined my motivation to keep playing.

I was blown away by this game. I binged it in one night-- I *highly* recommend. I went in completely blind, just knowing it was an investigation type game and boy, was I absolutely *stunned*. 10/10 would traverse the Forgotten City again.

Outer Wilds but in Ancient Rome. Shorter than that game but every hour is fully engaging.
