Look, I'm not gonna be mean and write a review saying 'no' since I'm literally the only review and don't want to kill the game with a review, but this game needs some real work. Here's the rundown: You spawn on a hastily made island with no context or idea of what's happening, and somehow you're expected to just figure it out. It's not like this is ULTRAKILL or something, but please make a better tutorial, I played this in VR and was extremely confused due to the lack of ability to do the regular gestures like thumbs up and finger pointing with my controllers. (Yes, I know you can do thumbs up in the game, but it is a COMPLETELY different motion on the controller, yikes!) The game progressed with *no real introduction*, no story, no explanations, and eventually I didn't even know what I was supposed to be doing to progress the story. The romance is nothing special at all and is on the level of a slapstick romcom anime, if you get what I mean. *THE BAD STUFF:* -I got softlocked after building half of the bicycle (she wants you to build a bicycle really early into the game with zero instructions) when I bought her some ice cream from the vending machine and an event triggered for a lap pillow or something out of nowhere, and I got teleported to a random cave I've never seen before, and couldn't leave because you need to use the bicycle to leave. I literally got trapped in a cave alone in a game about not being alone. There was no autosave to save me, my save file is cooked, and I'm not going to redo all that BS to fix it. It's not even worth fixing, considering all the terrible jank I had to go through to get to that point to begin with. -The fishing 'minigame' is not a minigame at all, in fact I have absolutely no idea how it works. I sat there for 10 minutes before finally getting a fish to bite (which wasn't even indicated by any icon or anything). I had to do this TWICE, and had no idea what event the fish was supposed to trigger because it just ended the day and moved on, leaving me with 2 fish in my backpack for no reason for the rest of the game. -Her movement is awful. She zooms around like the flash, randomly spasms and starts punching the air, and gets mad for no reason. -The interactions are not polished in the slightest despite being the whole reason you'd buy this $20 game. Half of them don't even work, at least on the quest 2 with a PC link cable. For example, I apparently unlocked 'cheek pinch' and 'lift up', but no matter where I moved my hands, there was no indication that these interactions worked or existed. I believe they straight up don't work and that the headset has nothing to do with this. -The controls are horrible and not able to be changed, like I don't think the developer released a complete game despite this being $20, and on top of that it didn't even feel qualified to be a demo of a game. This game was no better than if I went into GMOD or kotaitsu party and just created a scene or installed a mod. I genuinely believe Palworld has a better romance feeling and system than this game that is literally MADE for that feeling. -Terrible models and terrain. I'm sorry, I understand this game is a work in progress and is not complete at all, but oh my god why does it look like that. It looks like something out of a 2006 halo map, even with max possible graphics it has no redeeming features and is terrible to walk across. I'm not saying it can't be fixed, I'm saying please get your game in a SOMEWHAT POLISHED STATE before releasing it for $20. Even the girl looks like she's a random GMOD NPC pulled straight from Kotaitsu. She's the whole focus! I could DOWNLOAD a better model than that for FREE. Out of all things to save resources on, you saved on the main focus of the game?? A cute anime face doesn't do anything if I can count the pixels in her hair. What are we doing here man? 2012 models in the big 26?? for $20?? Are we serious?? I could genuinely find a better game on itch.io for free. Sorry to roast you like this dev but this game needs work, you can't be selling this to people in the state its in. Just put it back into the oven and bake it a little more! This stuff is raw!! *THE GOOD:* -The skeleton is good. I know this because all this game has is a skeleton. But the bones are good. There are cool events and neat little interactions. Just polish this stuff up and give me a real game please. None of this unpolished nonsense for $20. -The customization was good until I realized it was literally just worse kotaitsu, with no ability to change skin color or clothes or anything. I feel like that's a really important thing that was completely left out. The game has ONE npc. ONE. HOW did you not give a ton of options for customization??? ONE NPC AND NO CLOTHES OPTIONS??? And yes, I know you can find glasses, and that she takes your hoodie. Woohoo, awesome. Let me choose that BEFOOORE I play the game, not 80 minutes deep by random chance that she switches oufits from mid to mid. -Just realized I'm still ranting, yeah sorry there isn't really anything good about this game, yet. I hope this game gets put back into the oven for a year and becomes a real game worth buying. $20 man. 1/10

At the moment this review is written, this game is a buggy mess and needs tons of polishing to justify its 20$ price tag. Not to mention this game is released 4 YEARS after the first Tomboy Adventure, I expected a lot of improvement and QoL. I'm a bit dissapointed but quite enjoyed it anyway, Somboy Tex.

Love the game, buuut there is a bug where when you lie on her lap I get teleported to the area beyond the bridge and can't get back. other than that 10/10

Not sure how to rate this game??? On one hand it's so cute you instantly fall in love with it and on the other the controls on both steam controller (v2) and vr (quest2) seem so janky it looses it's appeal slightly. Maybe it will improve with updates, fingers crossed because here is a great concept if a little rough around the edges. One of the biggest issues is that currently (27/09/2026) when you choose character personalisation options it doesn't save in your save file so the next time you load it is just the default character. But all said I'm here supporting indie devs doing something different and innovative!!!! so top marks to them,

Very short but it was so gooood! I wish they were more dialogues, interactions and locations :o just holding hands, hugging or carrying her is so wholesome.
