That's a really nicely done loco. Good 3D model, sounds, physics. Few great details for immersion, like the hot plate. But unfortunately, the problem is always the same: gameplay. 55 minutes of new gameplay split between 4 timetable services, plus 3 normal scenarios. DTG should understand that this amount of gameplay is not acceptable. And considering that TSW2 scenario editor will not be usable on this or older DLCs, that's totally unacceptable. I couldn't recommend buying this. EDIT: 17/07/2020 DTG just confirmed that "based on community feedback" preserved content will be usable on the new scenario/quickdrive planner. This of course does not change the gameplay situation of this DLC, but at least we will be able to create custom simple AtoB scenarios using this loco.

It's a greatly detailed locomotive, but there is so little to do that does not include the 24 hour timetable, which is basically the same services repeated again and again just different times of the day. Recommend on a sale, do not recommend for full price, as they are not even going to let you make custom scenarios with this in TSW2

A nice addition for TSW & the TVL! Pros: -Model is very nice and looks like the real thing -Plenty of levers and switches to play around with -Changeable headcode discs are a nice touch! -Sounds are quite nicely replicated! -Plenty of Timetable scenarios! -There's a small easter egg in the cab, which is quite amusing! Cons: -Sounds in the cab are too quiet. -A small amount of scenarios included. -Train Brake takes too long to release. -The horn still sounds too much like a synthesizer. -Not enough clag! -Textures on the 20 & the PGAs look slightly low res. -Moving the chair position whilst sat spazzes the seat around. -Very few Scenarios included

Eine der bisher schönsten britischen Loks Mein Eindruck nach den ersten Spielminuten: Das Modell ist sehr schick, der Sound absolut spitze (vor allem, wenn man ihn mal mit YouTube-Videos abgleicht). Die Physik überzeugt ebenfalls, auch ist der Kletter-Effekt beim Einsteigen sehr gut gelungen und es ist natürlich sehr cool, dass man diese Lok gleichzeitig an beiden Steuerpulten bedienen kann. Bisher ein absolut überzeugendes Paket. Ab und zu treten noch vereinzelte Kinderkrankheiten wie falsche Innensounds oder falsche Beleuchtung auf, alles in allem ist die Lok aber sehr ausgereift und lässt sich angenehm fahren. Auch ist das Horn klanglich endlich mal so umgesezt, dass man nichts auszusetzen hat. Nett ist, dass man die Lok auch auf dem West Somerset Railway einsetzen kann.

Although I am enjoying driving this engine, my enjoyment would be considerably greater if DTG would bother to publish a user's manual for it that explains, for example, how to change brake systems, how to change from one cab to the other, and how to use the two-tone horn, among other matters. The only slightly helpful tutorial activity informs us to consult the manual for additional important information, but so far there is no such document to consult. This is another in a long line of examples of how little DTG seems to care about the customers who provide its income.

Dtg surprisingly gone out of tsw2020 (tsw1?) with a bang, being the last add on +Looks good +Sounds decent enough, apparently with sound recorded from the loco itself +Multiple horn tones and quickness with the key stroke +Offers playability on 2 routes, WSR and TVL +Plenty of things to flip, switch, push in the cab +Multiple in cab views along with seat swivel and height adjustment +Physics feel ok, not terribly powerful as should be which translates well +New freight wagons with decent run sound and detail -Only 4 original services on TT with new workings -Slightly weird/muddy textures in cab, seems lower res than older stuff, typical as of late add ons -Sound issues with twin engine working (nothing new, no less agitating) and flipping between views will kill the in cab sound, regardless of getting up and down out of the seat -NO MANUAL AGAIN GAAHHHHH wtf dtg. New CM says use the 31 manual, which is ridiculous and lazy. Numerous things not explained which he streamed release day not having a clue as what to do. Pretty solid little diesel loco 7/10

Das folgende ist DTG sehr gut gelungen: -überzeugender Sound -gut umgesetztes Modell der Lok -gute Fahrphysik - detaillierte Schüttgutwagen Es hätten ein paar mehr Fahrten hinzugefügt werden sollen, denn wenn ich da richtig gesehen habe gibt es nur 4 neue Fahrten mit den neuen Schüttgutwaggons. Die anderen Fahrten sind schon mit der Class 37 fahrbar - also Kohle und Stahl zwischen Lackenby und Eaglescliffe/Tees Yard. Positiv ist des weiteren dass die Class 20 auf der WSR eingesetzt werden kann. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir.

Der wahrscheinlich letzte DLC für TSW 2020 ist gut gelungen. Macht euch hier selbst einen Eindruck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8vlVvBNGe8 Positiv: - sehr schöne kleine Diesellok - Sehr gutes und nachvollziehbares Fahrverhalten - der typische "Chopper"-Sound ist sehr gut gelungen - Fahrplanfahrten für 2 Strecken enthalten (Tees Valley Line und West Somerset Railway) - Deutschsprachiges Tutorial enthalten - Ein neuer Güterwagen ist auch dabei Negativ: - Das Tutorial enthält diesmal nur Grundlegendes, das Aufrüsten entfällt
