No pay to win. No excessive grind. No credit grinding. No frustrating RNG. No predatory monetization. No barriers to playing with friends immediately. I will tell you as a former professional WoT player, and someone who's playtested Tyr for 3 years, the developers behind this game are some of the most competent in the industry. From the onset, they looked to capture the experience of other vehicle shooters, without the predatory economy or monetization model. Something you can just jump into and play immediately, without the fear of months of grinding, or pay to win tanks required to compete. It is the breath of fresh air this genre needs. I have watched this game go from a playdough prototype to the behemoth it is today with only a small group of 20 developers, who all left companies like Riot, Blizzard, Bungie, and Activision, to form Stoke for this project. The feedback channel is laboriously read through by the devs, and I've personally suggested a dozen suggestions which have all been implemented into the game in some way or another. It is the game players of this genre deserved. Much less RNG, super straight forward tank layouts, no predatory price model, and something you can jump into with your friend instead of saying, "yeah man so you just have to grind for 8 months or buy a 60 dollar tank to play with me where it's the most fun." Try it.

It's fun. It's free. It's not p2w. It made me hopeful. It remind me of Tanki Online before it turn into sh**. Go play this game and support the Dev, i'm tired of WOT and War Thunder scummy practices.

As someone with 140 hours in the playtest... This game is AMAZING. Haven't felt the desire to play a game this much in a long time. If you're like me and haven't played World of Tanks / War Thunder / any other tank game, don't worry, this game is incredibly intuitive and so much fun even with zero experience. Definitely give it a try!

Намного драйвовее и веселее, чем wot, однозначно, для раннего доступа очень хорошо! КАК ИГРАТЬ С РУ РЕГИОНА? У всех же уже есть запрет, верно? Если нет, то скачиваем, с оф гитхаба flowseal и разархивируем его. Дальше внутри папки находим файл, запускаем "service", откроется консоль. По очереди выбираем пункты: сначала 4 (game filter), затем 3 (udp only); после - 5 (ipset filter), он сам переключит в режим any, закрываем, и от имени админа запускаем любой протокол - можно играть!

As a staunch, chronic PvP hater, I find myself in the strange situation of enjoying a PvP game. The methodical movement, positioning, and forced pauses in a fight due to slow reloads on all sides gives me the chance to actually think during a fight, something I'm rarely given in other games. With no instant-kill attacks, I never find myself very suddenly dead. When I die, I know why. When I lose, I know why. Sure, sometimes it's bad teammates, but often it's me being dumb. Being able to tell what happened and reflect on it lets me actually improve. I recommend this game to anyone with even a passing interest in tanks as a genre of game.

The war thunderers are mad because you can get all the tanks in under 10,000 hours or less than $2000 USD It's a neat casual tank game, it's free, and it's fun.

This is the biggest sorta recommend. The game is awesome, and by itself would be a complete recommend. The reason I am not 100% on it is due to how their social is. To be in a clan you have to give full control of your discord profile to them. I have many issues with that. I don't want them to change my friends list, access my friends list, see my friends activity, and the other five huge asks they ask for.
