永远相信爱的魔法 《Umineko When They Cry - Answer Arcs》（《海猫鸣泣之时：解题篇》/《海猫鸣泣之时·散》）是龙骑士07的一款推理向视觉小说。无cv，不支持简体中文。虽然名义上是“解题篇”，不过和《寒蝉鸣泣之时》的解题篇的叙事还是有所不同，以及二者就主旨内核来说也千差万别，或者可以这么说，二者游戏名有共通性，但是喜欢寒蝉系列不一定会喜欢海猫系列。海猫系列属实有点太长了，现在不足以get到全部魅力，以至于这篇评测在我完全通关之后可能会被修改得面目全非吧。 严格来说，《海猫鸣泣之时》不算是完全的推理类游戏，对本格推理有极致追求的推理爱好者可能会失望——随着故事的发展，会不断推翻之前的结论，最后寻求的甚至不是最初想要得知的真相——因为目的已然发生变化，不过又完美地对应现实。海猫的主题落脚于“爱”与“魔法”，还能切中推理向作品的要害，这可能也是其又能被归类于推理向的原因所在。 之前对寒蝉解题篇的期待，不外乎是经历重复，体悟其他人的悲伤与爱恨，跳出轮回，最终到达所有人都幸福的圆满的未来。不过，海猫的群像都已经死掉了捏（目移）。我没想到的是还有“猫箱”的设定，也对，这可是魔法与现实世界的交织。真相不再是真相，真相只是一个没有被否定的观点。愿意相信的才是真实，永远相信爱的魔法吧。 还记得小时候爱看推理向的小说和动漫，也爱推理向的游戏实况。而今，心境一去不复返——对推理类的游戏少了几分热情，剧本杀也没玩过几次。看到海猫要几百小时通关更是疲惫，希望有一天我可以全通。 推理依旧，我却终不似少年时。唉……终不似，少年游。 晚八不睡，早八不醒，梦里准点测评，迎接美好游戏人生！ 欢迎关注：睡不醒的早八人

여운이 깊게 남는다... 막말로 쓰르라미는 아 잘 만든 명작이네 이런 느낌이라면 괭이갈매기는 아니 미친 시발 이런 작품을 어캐 만든거지.? 싶다 생각할 거리를 많이 던져준다. 실제로 마음에 와닿은 것도 많다. 호불호 갈리는 것은 둘째치고 분명히 해볼 가치가 있는 게임인 건 맞다. 그냥... 너무 잘 만들었다 음악도 미친놈이 아닐수가 없다. 너무 듣기 좋다. 나의 허접한 표현력으로는 이 게임의 진가를 표현할 수가 없다 괭이갈매기 울 적에는 환상적인 이야기 그 자체이고 당신이 이해하지 못했다면 그건 사랑이 없어서 보이지 않는 거다 편히 잠들라, 내 가장 사랑하는 마녀 베아트리체.

Listen, by the time you read all the question arcs you might as well read Episodes 5 - 8. and you should read the question arcs because they are very, very good. so following that logic there is no reason not to recommend this, even if I personally disliked the overall theme of the work. Without Love it cannot be seen or whatever.

ep ranking for answer arcs: 7>8>6>5 overall ranking 7>3>8>4>6>5>1>2 (i loved all of them + this will probably change) i finally finished umineko after 3 years and i will never forget this indescribable experience. i spent the last 4 hours of the vn sobbing, knowing i was getting closer to the truth and ending. episodes 7 and 8 were truly the highlights of the answer arcs. ep7's revelations changed how i viewed the mystery in umineko. finding and understanding the answer makes you WANT to believe in the magic side of umineko after you just spent 100 hours trying to DISPROVE that fantasy "nonsense". the obscurity of the truth is only a fraction of what umineko is. the importance of love and acknowledging your human heart matters more than the harsh reality. what you do with your truth and how you plan on continuing in life is what matters. while i do believe ange and us readers always deserved to know what happened on rokkenjima, the ambiguity, aka beatrice's catbox, of umineko is what makes it shine. it becomes a true mystery that isn't solved until YOU solve it (or if you go read the ep8 manga lol). i love knowing i can come back and find new things to interpret to solve this massive puzzle. i love this story and these characters beyond words and i do plan on coming back for a reread in the near future. ryukishi is a master storyteller and while his craft did have it's many flaws, that's what makes umineko so human and worthy of love. i haven't felt this way since i finished the house in fata morgana and i know i'll be thinking of this family and their story for a long, long time. "without love, the truth cannot be seen."

"<Oh, yeeeeeeeeah>!! <Very goooooooooooood>!! <One more>!! What about this doooooooooooooooor?!?! " Erika carries EP5 and partly 6 for me, playing this modded is essential as the added voice acting and PS3 backgrounds and sprites are absolutely peak (especially those Erika lines). EP6 + EP7 are essential for solving the mystery of Rokkenjima, and EP8 is a good emotional finale with some crazy moments and awesome peak Bernkastel logic puzzle. Soundtrack of this game is second to none, it's one of the best OSTs i've heard. Simply by the existence of this game, this level of reasoning is possible for Erika Furudo!
