Worms W.M.D comes locked, loaded and stuffed with ways to wage war. Hone your skills in Training Missions, take on the Campaign and tackle Challenges solo. Nice and fun game but please fix native GNU/Linux version. Also Steam overlay doesn't work in Proton.

Does not work on macOS 26 Tahoe. The game is still listed as macOS compatible on Steam, but on an Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 26 it launches to a black screen and is effectively unplayable. This is not an isolated issue - there have been multiple reports from M1, M2, M3 and M4 users, and Team17 has been aware of the problem for months. The usual troubleshooting steps (windowed mode, changing resolution, VSync, verifying files, Rosetta, etc.) do not solve it. There is a community-made workaround, but users should not have to install an unofficial patch from GitHub just to run a game that is still advertised as supporting macOS. The Windows version works fine, so the game itself is great - but do not buy it specifically for Mac until Team17 releases an official fix. I’ll gladly change this review once the macOS version is fixed.

Does not work on newer Macs. I have an M4 pro mini and it just launches to a black screen. Waste of a dollar 60, thank goodness it was a special sale and did not pay more than that. Others report the same issue. I should not have to search for community work arounds.

The game itself is a comedic relief, countless catchphrases and good ol memories. One downside is that there is no basic skirmish mode.

Отримав у подарунок. Не шарю за серію ігор Worms і це буквально моя найперша гра, але я думаю шо для найпершої це НАЙКРАЩА частина, найбільше за все розпаковує хаотичність черв'яків, варіативність куди більша у грі ніж здається на перший погляд. Гра з другом = весело.

The DEFINITIVE WORMS GAME!!! This game is everything I could ever ask of for a 2D Worms experience I'll admit, some rounds can be BS but that's just apart of the Worms experience grab some friends and play some rounds I promise you'll have fun

Still holds up well as a casual multiplayer game for any age. Even locally taking turns is enjoyable.
