Not only is this game abandoned, but more importantly with the last update made years ago they broke the Linux support. Now I'm not able to play it anymore. They put a broken anticheat on a game that is about a discipline that consists in racing alone in locations and that has no intention to be some kind of eSports betting honeypot. Let that sink in. Thanks EA. Great takeover of a franchise and of Codemasters, and great consideration to the players... Go buy Dirt Rally or Dirt Rally 2, those have excellente Linux support, even the massively incomplete alpha of Assetto Corsa Rally works fine.

Sketchy anti cheat activates firewall and you need to enter the command prompt just to boot up the game. Then When you get in you might get a couple minunts of good rally before everything but the hud goes black and you have to leave the rally before fixing. Happend to every track and in some replay mode. only postitive is that after the glitch you can watch yourself driving blind and its pretty funny. But that gets boring after one and if i wanted to drive blindfolded Id do it myself. Cant even comment on how the car drives because youre literally driving blind for half the time. Dont waste your money play RBR or Dirt Rally.

Good starting point for potential sim rally racers. Much more fun than circuit racing. You learn the basic physics of car behaviour and the effect of your control inputs including the variations of car setup and weather conditions. It's actually educational and gives you a good workout. Good for honing reaction timing which with responsibility can potentially make you a safer driver.

Having played both this game and the Assetto Corsa Rally, I honestly enjoy this one more. It is not nearly as beautiful or realistic as the Assetto, but to this day it still has quite a few errors (just like the WRC). I hope that WRC26 improves the things that make this game not the best rally game today, but the best option will be to give the license to ACR and ♥♥♥♥ off.

I had ZERO issues with this game until recently, now I can't even get it to launch without an immediate crash. First Codemasters totally abandons it, stops the rally pass, and now we can't even play the game. If you don't own this game yet, save you money. it's not worth it in its current state

como me comi este juego ,si lo llego a saber no me lo compro. que cojones te vas a chetar en un juego de coche que generalemente todo el mundo va a jugar offline. me en cago en tu xxxx xxxxx, como reventar un buen juego. este juego si no tiene internet olvidate de jugar en la steam deck y pobrecillo de codemaster como se carguen uno de los pocos estudios que hacen juegos de rally. EA pescabicho.
