Rather short, but sweet, which seems to be the norm for VR games from this time period. I particularly enjoy the attention to detail that was paid to animating Quill's body language - the way she shares in your relief after a tough battle in particular is very rewarding. It being a seated game means you can play it in longer sessions than other VR games. It also does a good job at positioning the scenery such that you never spend too long looking down, so it doesn't strain your neck even if you have a fairly heavy VR headset, soemthing which has been a problem for me in other seated VR titles. It's also cute how she tries to gesture the solution to a puzzle when you're stuck, though since you can't interrupt her this has on one occasion directly caused me to fail said platforming puzzle. One slight gripe is that some of the textures are noticeably low-res, even on the highest setting. This is especially noticeable on the terrain near you, though it might just be that my PC is a bit too slow with loading in the textures and is just showing mipmaps, especially considering my PC is on the low end for playing VR. For that reason also it would've been nice to have more fine-grained control over the graphics settings.

A truly amazing game that just makes me super excited about VR again, worth every penny and is a game that I will enjoy coming back to for years to come. Amazing platforming, great graphics that will age perfectly, and some of the most atmospheric music in any game. One of the few games where I say to just buy it, and buy the second game while you're at it! 10/10

TL;DR: This is a game that feels like your big bro handed you a unplugged controller and pretended you were playing with him. Okay, lets be real, i'm late to the party, but the visuals, the story and the interactions with your little mouse friend, are fantastic and some of the puzzles/scrolls locations are really well done and definitely had my thinker going. There is truly a lot to like in this game, BUT the platforming in some parts is really bad, and you in some parts can't actually move the platforms, and so i'm just waiting around for slow platforms to go to where I need them to be and just to fall and have to do it all over again, completely broke my immersion, and unfortunately the combat is rather unsatisfying with only about 3 moves and even with "new" weapons/armor you get (which are just cosmetics outside of a rechargeable sword) are dumb and basic attack not doing more damage (forcing you to use ranged more often at point blank range which is dumb, why can't I enjoy some power creep in my fantasy game?!) Also the final boss in the Twilight Garden area doesn't even drop anything cool after the previous 2 rooms had a reward. Compounded with the controls not really being that precise (even with in-game assist) I find that often i'm missing shots with the beam sword constantly (maybe thats a skill issue but I beg to differ) especially when some puzzles ask you to be pretty precise (keep in mind i'm using index controllers). Music is also absent for a majority of the game makes it feel less fantastical and more repetitive than it need to be in some areas. All in all I can't possibly recommend this game out of the fact that if you want to take screenshots of the world.

VR游戏史上绝对绕不开的作品。历史性地开创了第三视角VR游戏，同时游戏内交互也设计得足够精巧，与小老鼠的交互更是细节满满。内容上，4小时多的内容其实对于VR来说完全足够——VR不像普通单机，不适合长时间游玩，这个4小时的游戏体验接近普通电子游戏的十几个小时，我非常满意。 9/10（VR的10/10可能只有alyx能拿了）

Un petit bijou de VR : mignon, beau, immersif et surtout terriblement efficace dans son gameplay. On se laisse embarquer direct dans ce petit monde magique, avec une vraie sensation d’être dedans. Bref, une super expérience VR, courte mais vraiment mémorable !

Man oh man, da glaubt man hat schon viel phantastisches in VR gesehen, bis Moss kam. Einfach nur Traumhaft. Das Spiel ist so unglaublich faszinierend, das man gar nicht mehr aufhören möchte. Super Grafik und Mega schöne Atmosphäre. Absolut zu empfehlen. Ein Muss in VR vor allem wenn man Oled Displays hat. Mir bleibt die Spucke weg.
