Planet Zoo has a steep learning curve, and you need a lot of patience to understand all of its mechanics. Turning an idea into reality can be incredibly frustrating because the building system is clunky and often seems to have a mind of its own. I ended many sessions simply because the game refused to let me place a path in a perfectly reasonable spot, completely killing my motivation to continue. Nonetheless, I’ve played for hundreds of hours and enjoyed the vast majority of that time. The animals are incredibly cute, and it’s so much fun to watch them and build natural-looking habitats. Franchise Mode has always been my favorite because I enjoy having goals to work toward and a bit of a challenge along the way. The animal market can be rough, though. Since players can set their own prices in Conservation Credits, you often see animals listed at the maximum price even when they aren’t particularly rare or special. Now, with Planet Zoo 2 just around the corner, I’m really looking forward to seeing what comes next. Most of all, I hope the building system will finally support creativity instead of constantly getting in its way. Despite its flaws, I had a wonderful time with Planet Zoo. Thanks for the memories!

其他一切先不论，游戏的操作体验太臃肿，最基本的放置操作都需要折腾半天。我建造了一排员工小屋，想拖动一条路把小屋连接上，结果路自动吸附到小屋上，再次点击自动给出Y型路段而不是直觉的T型；那好，这次我先放路再放小屋，结果面积没把握好小屋不能放置。如果每一次的放置都需要经历这样一番波折那游戏的其他部分做的再好也难以让人省心体验

目前模拟经营+动物建造天花板，写实度很高，但还是远远不够，动物的行为还有提升空间，游戏整体治愈拉满，上手难度并不太高，适合一些喜欢建造，动物观察，深度经营的玩家，模式也是很丰富，能硬核经营，也能佛系养动物，本体动物够用，但远远满足不了玩家的心，DLC拓展的动物都很好但是很贵，非常影响购买的欲望
