Легендарная для меня игра, на три головы выше первой части, и дай бог будет третья, отличный платформер, очень приятные и запоминающиеся саундтреки и не менее приятная атмосфера, лично для меня это та игра, из-за которой я вклинился в жанр платформеров как таковой, для платины пришлось даже спидраны смотреть, чтобы на 4 золотые звезды закрыть, вот хохмы было, когда капитала не хватило, хах, рекомендую всем к прохождению, игра поощряет исследование, и даже есть соответствующие достижения, скрытый алмаз игровой индустрии, мне всегда будет приятно вернуться к этой игре.

O primeiro jogo já é bom, mas este segundo consegue superá-lo exponencialmente! Segue a mesma lógica do jogo anterior: cavar, encontrar minérios, retornar à superfície para vendê-los e comprar melhorias. No entanto, Steamworld Dig 2 oferece bem mais ferramentas, a continuação da trama (desta vez com Dorothy, vista no primeiro jogo como NPC), novos inimigos, cenários deslumbrantes e muito maiores e jogabilidade muito fluida. A trama nos leva em busca de Rusty, o protagonista do jogo anterior, e o que aconteceu com ele após adentrar a camada mais subterrânea (Vectron). As mecânicas de tanque d'água e lamparina se mantêm e, em conjunto das demais ferramentas (martelo de mão, mochila a jato, gancho, entre outras), podem ser incrementadas com engrenagens para efeitos adicionais que tornam a jogabilidade única para cada um. Ao contrário do anterior, se ao longo do caminho você for morto, parte do seu inventário é perdido (há melhorias que diminuem esta penalidade) e não ficam no chão para ser coletado ao retornar ao local. Essa mudança eu não gostei, mesmo tendo morrido poucas vezes, é uma mecânica que, ao meu ver, não condiz com o tipo de experiência casual que o jogo transmite. Joguei bem fracionado com o tempo que pude e terminei em torno de 10h explorando quase tudo (sobraram uns segredos coletáveis, mas não faço questão de tê-los). Coletei minérios suficientes para melhorar todos os equipamentos e cheguei boladão pra luta final. Não há pós-jogo neste também, depois do chefão final, o jogo retorna o save mais recente antes de adentrar o confronto. Recomendo com certeza!

The map is huge, the secret spots all over it are a very nice add, the caves are all fun to complete. It was short but fun, a big upgrade from the 1st one.

A solid sequel to the first game. The story is alright for what it is but its gameplay has been improved with more abilities that involve movement which is always a plus for me in these genres. The visuals are great and the soundtrack is nice on the ears. If you played the first one I highly recommended it as it is an overall improvement from the first game.

I'll keep this short. You're almost certainly looking at this game because you already played Steamworld Dig and want to know if you'll like the sequel. (If you aren't, you should probably play the first game, it's good, cheap and brief). Yes, this is a worthy successor. It's essentially the same core gameplay loop, but with more upgrades, a much larger map, and a wider variety of threats, traps and enemies. Same general sense of whimsy too. It's also fairly short. Temper your expectations there. But it's the good kind of short game, where you finish it and you wish it were a bit longer.

Great game. platforming and mining mechanics were well built upon from the first game, lots of fun enemies and a enjoyable albeit simple story. great music too. Difficulty id say is rather easy unless you are deliberately going out of your way to make it hard with stuff like optional difficulty modifiers you can discover which really mix things up. its a really fun adventure start to finish with some great puzzles.

A bit more interesting than the first game with new tools to explore with. If you like the first game, you will like this one more. Might be worth it if you can get it on sale. Recommended if you like mining aspect in Minecraft. Just like Minecraft, be careful when you mine straight down
