I have only played two Finnish missions (out of 3), but my feelings lean towards negative review. Definitely the best thing about this DLC is the new nation - Finland - with their own leaders. I also like that they use their own language. It also has more missions than the Dunkirk DLC for example (6 missions vs 4 missions). However, the design of the missions is a little bit irritating and overwhelming. The first Finnish mission required a very specific approach to get 3 stars. You had to use mines and dynamites which require specific leader with specific perk. The second mission is even more annoying. In my opinion that it is the worst mission in a game. Period. First, you have to "prepare" the defense in 2 minutes, and that included getting to the far away base. I used the quotation mark because in that time you need to: 1) reach the base 2) spread the soldiers 3) lay the mines 4) resupply tanks 5) fix tanks 6) resupply soldiers 7) resupply anti armor gun 8) move tanks Needless to say, 2 minutes is not enough. Heck, even 5 minutes wouldn't probably be enough. Moreover, enemy attacks from 3 directions, two of which are behind our defensive line. It is super annoying, especially considering that all of the tanks are completely empty and half of our soldiers have no ammo. I don't think this kind of pressure makes any sense, but definitely kills enjoyment and turns the mission into utter chaos. The second part is even worst. You have kind of a stealth section, in a game with basically not stealth system. That is a terrible idea, executed pathetically.
