I'm biased. I put 1000 hours into og xbox version of this, and was willing to go through the effort of making it work on my 5070ti. A space ship to run to the store for milk situation. Worth the bundle, I'm playing 4 again, next. Probably won't even try the older games, and i think any game older than 15 years should just be included in every bundle of that series for free, but it's nice to have if i ever decide to get weirder.

I have played this game years ago, I basically grew up on the thief series as my dad used to play the original trilogy, so I revisited to play the steam version, and at first I thought it was unplayable as I couldn't pick the first lock in the tutorial mission coz the UI didn't pop up, as well as being able to climb any ladders, there is a patch that the community have released called the sneaky update or something but honestly I don't fancy downloading things just to play this game, BUT I happen to have seen a video on youtube that requires nothing, all you need to do is spam print screen on your keyboard until the lock pick UI pops up as well as spam print screen until garrett eventually starts to climb the ladders. These are the only 2 bugs I've seen so far that can make the game unplayable but as silly as this is, spamming print screen makes (in my opinion) the game playable, an adjustment but certainly playable! I dunno if this will help others but your welcome >u< Other than that, I do think the graphics in this game and the cutscenes (despite it being ancient) hold up pretty good nowadays, and I find that as an adult, I am pretty good at stealth games now, and I forgotten how much I love garrett in this game, please give it a go, and if you're like me and don't want to download anything, remember, in print screen we trust xD

1,2편은 나름 재미있게 했는데 3편은 아쉽네요. 버그가 많아서 수시로 튕기고 퀘스트가 덜그럭 거리는 부분이 많습니다. 선행 퀘스트의 조건이 명확하지 않아서 클릭해야할거 하나 뺴먹으면 사실상 전 맵을 다 뒤져야 하는 불상사가 발생합니다. 이게 1편이었다면 옛날게임이라 어쩔수 없지 하고 넘어갔을텐데 1,2편에선 이런 일이 없었다는 점에서 더욱 아쉬움이 남네요.

It's not as good as the previous two games because the missions are worse and have fewer cool secrets and they got rid of the awesome thief 1-2 way of handling money/consumables that encouraged using them often and replaced it with a persistent inventory and pool of cash, but I like how the city is a real thing in this game and how you actually have to fence loot; still a decent game all things considered though, and it goes on really really good sales very frequently so you can snag it for less than $3 also it's the third game in the series in a row i had to download a community patch for otherwise it wouldnt ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ work!!!!!

Steam doing their usual and porting an old game without any fix and rendering the experience unplayable. I used to love that game and bought it again for nostalgia. Can't even pass the first ladder because it was not optimized.

Thief es la tercera parte de la trilogia de Garret. Salio en el 2004 y lo jugue en aquel entonces y apenas lo volvi a jugar y es un juego excelente, muy completo . Para quien lo inicie por primera vez quizas le sea un poco dificil para las nuevas generaciones y en un principio se va a tardar un buen rato en lo que acostumbra a los controles, el entorno, el uso de los poderes ,arco,cuchillo etc. Tiene mapa pero no aparece en el Garret su localizacion lo que puede ser al principio un problema pero este tipo de juego no te dice a como debes llegar o que ruta debes tomar para llegar al siguiente destino por eso es importante explorar y aprender a conocer cada mapa. La ciudad de Garret de preferencia no matar a nadie para que sea seguro para ti regresar. Buscar en cada localizacion de items que al final te van a servir para venderlos y asi comprar lo que te hace falta de tu arcenal. Hay que darle una oportunidad a este juego porque vale la pena jugarlo al menos una vez.

It's a big buzz, sneaking through a level without anyone knowing I was even there. The stealth tactics can be quite exhilarating when 100% successful. So easy to bump guards off with a well aimed arrow. But an even bigger buzz staying undetected throughout. The ultimate challenge on the harder skill settings. Once played, you'll be smitten, if it's your thing. Can't wait to see how the reworking will go. But watching intently, with anticipation!
