You probably already have a good sense of weather or not you'd like this game. You have a pot with plants in it, and every day you open the game to water them. You can get a free new seedling every week. The music is soothing if a bit repetitive. You water with a spray bottle instead of a watering can, so you have to click on each plant to see if it needs water. This takes a few minutes per day. The background changes color throughout the day, looking more like a sunset in the evening. Which I like. I will say, I first played this about a decade ago and kept a garden going for two years, but a glitch stopped me from being able to open the game at all. All of my plants died and I stopped playing for a long time. That said, if this game sounds like your jam, go ahead give it a try.

This is a very basic game: the plant models are mirrored and can be pretty simplistic when you really get down to looking at them, sometimes the clicking is a little off and it can be finicky to weed the garden, but ultimately, these things don't keep me from opening the game. I like it. I like naming my plants and "singing" to them. It's a cute game that I have kept visiting for many, many years now off and on; the plants are very forgiving unlike real life.

Pretty cool non-game. I like to let it hang out on my desktop and it gives me a quick break (when I'm working on a project or something) to go water my Viridi plants. The soundtrack is pretty, calm, and soothing. I like it. Although it would be nice to get an expanded soundtrack maybe since it can get repetitive if you let it play in the background. Also, it would be nice if there were more options for plants and maybe growing a plant to maturity and tossing it could get you points towards additional free plants. I'm aware this game is old though and not likely to get any more updates. Oh well, I love Viridi for what it is and I recommend it for anyone who likes interactive non-games and/or desktop pets.

My Little Pot of Peace 🌿 Viridi is such a sweet, free-to-play sanctuary. For me, it’s all about persistence, comfort, and stability. Life gets busy, but it’s so lovely knowing I can always pop open this little game, slow down for a few minutes, and check in on my virtual succulents. Cozy Daily Routine It’s wonderfully low-stress and super easy to pick up: [*] Plant Care: Drop in daily to water your plants, pull out tiny weeds, watch them grow in real time, or give them new homes as your pot gets full. [*] Personal Touches: You can switch up your pots whenever you like! If you have a few spare coins in your Steam Wallet, treating yourself to new seeds is nice. [*] Achievements: You get cute little achievements naturally as your plant family grows over time. The Cutest Snail Friend 🐌 The soothing music alone instantly relaxes you, but my absolute favourite part is the tiny snail roaming around the pot! I named mine Mara. You can spray her with water, sing songs to her, and just watch her wander while your plants grow. Final Verdict A cute game that costs absolutely nothing and asks for just a few minutes of your day. It’s such a cozy, comforting addition to your Steam collection if you ever need a quick moment to unwind!

I don't get it. I like it, but I don't get it. I'm confuse. What made me open it after one try was the guides. There are community guides for this and they are entertainning. Now I open it a couple of time a week for my free seed and water the plants. Also, the snail is cute.

fun idol game that's downloadable for free, grow your plants and pluck the grass. You also get a free plant each week to grow from seedling to adult. you can name your snail if you'd like and you get to choose from several fun pots that you can name to grow your plants in.

My cats eat and play with my plants in real life so this is a great way I can have plants.

Can't believe my save file from the mobile version works! I've had the same pot since 2016. 10/10
