It's just good ole dumb fun. The through plot is interesting. The writing is dumb but funny without being cringe. The gameplay is mindless yet engaging. It's basically if a tony hawk and gta had a baby where you just roam around a sandbox trying to complete challenges and make your own fun through destruction and mayhem. They don't make games like this anymore nor do I think many devs could pull it off without having dialogue and cut scenes that you roll your eyes to.

This game is just such a all around good time. I wish the OGs were on steam too. I'd buy em! Played this game as a kid, my parents rented it for me from the local video rental place and I thought it was one of the best games I ever played. Came out during a time where putting stuff like this in a video game was taboo and it I felt like I shouldn't have been playing it. 10/10. Took 20 hours to 100% it, prob could done it faster but was taking my time. If you've never played these games, do yourself a favor and try it out!!! DESTROY ALL HUMANS!!!! On to the 2nd one!

**REVIEW AFTER 100%** This is actually the most fun I have had in a game. Some of the boss fights can be tough too if you're not careful. The story in this is actually pretty funny at time with some of the comments humans say when you scan them or the conversations between Pox and Crypto as they try to dominate the planet. The biggest hurdle I found to 100% this is getting 3 stars in all challenges. This really incentivizes you to upgrade Crypto and your ship as it makes the challenges much easier. You can also get most of the secondary objectives while you play the game which I think adds more fun to be had and how the developers meant for you to play the game. Some of them I have had to replay the levels just because the objective appeared too late or I just messed up. Overall really fun and I can't wait to try out the second one.

buena jugabilidad, bastante comoda y adaptada a nuestros tiempos. excelente rediseño del juego clasico. unica critica es el apartado artistico, los modelos de los personajes excesivamente caricaturizados desentonan con el ambiente realista generando una sensacion de valle inquietante que no sucedia en el juego original, pero igual luego uno se acostumbra. no es un juego que se caracterice por ser dificil asique lo recomiendo bastante

Loved the game, though story was basic it still entertained me. It's a great remake for an older title, the boss fights were fun, and 100%ing the game was more fun than other games I have 100%.

its worth it but the PK ragdoll system is not good compared to the first game which was one of the only things i was really looking forward too you used to be able to actually interact with the world in a more immersive sim style way thats just not here would much more prefer a port of the original

Game is hilarious and very good. I didn't get a chance to play the old game as a child, so no nostalgia here. Just pure fun.
