This is a fantastic theme park tycoon type game. The interface is a joy to use compared to most, and the campaign is incredibly fun and replayable. There is plenty of depth here, but not too much that you will get frustrated and annoyed. Nothing gets tedious, it just remains fun. The challenge comes with trying to sell x amount of tickets by a certain date while maintaining the overall quality of the park. These are obtainable once you figure out how many decorations to put around the park and rides, and then adjusting the default costs for rides and concessions. The default prices are VERY low, and you can charge 2-3 times more if your park is looking nice. Using blueprints is a great way to build the larger roller coasters. The only complaints I really have is the roller coaster designer: It's really not intuitive at all, having some pre-designed sections you can snap together would have been better than trying to build each rail section by itself. Also, building paths up and down is also not intuitive, either. I feel like the game should know what you're trying to do - other games have done this. It doesn't make sense why it just cant do A to B paths at different levels and figure it out for you. Outside of that, this game is just great. It looks really good and can play on most gaming PCs in 2026. Thumbs up! PS. Don't sleep on the mods, they have ones where you can ride everything etc.

It's fun, and I still enjoy playing it, but it is honestly frustrating how many bugs are still around after all these years and three DLCs. The grid being shown on top of water towers is a weird visual bug, Go Kart ratings only updating after the ride has actually run with guests is annoying, and I suspect something similar might be happening with other rides that have multiple laps. Then there are the UI glitches after loading, where it can get stuck showing 9,999 guests even when that obviously isn't the case. None of these bugs completely ruin the game, but after this much time, I would have expected the game to be a lot more polished.

Parkitect is a modern Roller Coaster Tycoon style game with better graphics. There's more focus on keeping the park pretty for the guests and hiding the backend stuff, like staff filling up your food/drink buildings. I'm not very creative, but there are tons of Steam Community builds you can easily download to use. Great game!

If you love the creative building aspect of the "planet" games but miss the simplicity of old school theme park games of yesteryears, then you will absolutely love this game. The workshop has tons of designs if you're not the creative type. You will literally lose hours playing this game.

Parkitect is easily one of the best park management games out there. What I love most about it is how easy it is to pick up and learn, yet it remains amazingly detailed and expanded (uitgebreid). Intuitive & Accessible: The grid-based building system and clean interface mean you can jump right in and start constructing awesome rides without feeling overwhelmed. Deep Management Mechanics: Behind the charming art style lies a genuinely deep management system. Balancing staff paths, managing inventory supply lines, and decorating to hide backstage areas adds a fantastic layer of challenge. Endless Creativity: The building options and Steam Workshop integration mean there is always something new to create or try out. Whether you are looking for a casual theme park builder or a deep management campaign, this game nails it. Highly recommended!

Game is ok, the controls are a little annoying but the most frustrating thing is each level has the exact same objectives, literally place a few rides down and wait for people to come through the gates, 1 hour game play at most - really disappointing

Sinceramente es un juego que recomendaría mucho, te deja hacer muchas cosas, desde crear tu montaña rusa desde 0 hasta personalizar cualquier cosa, a mi me ha gustado mucho, tal vez al principio puede ser un poco aburrido por el tema de conseguir dinero pero después ya es mas interesante.
