1) No game should require a GDPR consent notice. 2) Anything that has a request for consent should have an option for 'No, I do not conset for you to collect my data." This game doesn't even have a button to say no and forces you to exit. It's accept or force-close the application. Not having a NO option is already a basic failure of respect for what it means to give consent. 3) This one's partly on me. I should have looked closer. It's an IP based DLC cash grab. To anyone reading this, DO NOT BUY GAMES WHICH USE OTHER IP TO SUCKER YOU INTO BUYING DLC. IT IS ALWAYS AND FOREVER A SCAM. I'm returning this crap.

I first got obsessed with PowerWash 2, when I finished that I looked for a sale on the complete bundle of PW1 and finally got it. It's just as good as 2, and runs a lot better. Much less demanding, I can do 165 fps at 4k on max settings. This game is relaxing and you get into a zone, and there is just a ton of content. Recommended! It's funny, because I initially tried this game on PS+ and found it boring. I quit on like the 3rd job. I was wrong, maybe I was just in the wrong mood. Update: Just the main campaign took 46 hours, but there is more content to do plus the paid DLCs.

I used to tease my dad about playing PowerWash Simulator, not understanding what the attraction could be. Then I started playing it myself, and I understood: there is something viscerally satisfying about taking something messy and making it clean again, especially when you don't have to get dirty yourself in the process! This game is well suited for people who enjoy setting things to rights, from the cleaning activities to the amusing, light-hearted storyline that is woven through career mode. At first glance there isn't much replayability to be found in PWS, but the Archipelago Multiworld Randomizer modding community incorporated this title, and I've found that a delightful motivation to re-play levels. I also love co-oping levels with friends, though connectivity can be finicky. Are the DLCs worth it? In my opinion, not really; most of them lack the fine tuning of dirt accessibility that career mode delivers. There were only a few levels of Career mode where I truly struggled to find a hidden bit of dirt, but it was much more common to have an odd nook that is very difficult to line up on hiding dirt in most of the DLCs. I don't mind needing to seek out interesting corners of things, but when it is a matter of a dozen pixels or less of aperture to get to a bit or dirt, making it hard to show with the highlight tool, it gets old fast.

powerwash simulator lured me in with the promise of relaxing powerwashing gameplay, and not only delivered on that spectacularly but also kept me hooked with its hilarious characters, story, and ridiculous escalation of the things i was being asked to clean. with the absolute breadth of DLC here as well, i think i'll spend a good long while on this game

面白いが3人以上でやる予定の人はやめといたほうがいいかも。 ・ホストのゲーム画面では進捗80%なのにゲスト側では60%のままとか、プレイヤーの位置が常に数分遅れで反映される同期ズレが起こる。そのせいで既に終わってる場所を無駄に他のプレイヤーが掃除しないように注意しながらプレイする必要がある。 ・部屋に参加しようとするとローディング画面のまま先に進まないことがある。 ・物にスタックして動けなくなる、何も操作できなくなることがある。 ・ゲストがはしごや脚立を使おうとするとバグる。

Going through some hard stuff in life rn. This game is a nice "mind numbing" distraction, low stakes but satisfying with the tracked progression easy to pause, and cohesive controls. I haven't used co-op yet, but would recommend as a calming game that promotes calming eye tracking to sooth the mind. tldr: hypnotic, calming, cleaning game make brain quiet
