Tina Assault on Dragon Keep is potentially the best of the game, even though it only has 4 main quests like Hammerlock’s they're very lengthy quests and there are a massive 27 side quests, the biggest number of all the DLCs. The DLC also has the most thematic variety of the bunch thanks to its D&D roleplay style theme where you go from different fantasy locations and the design adjusts with the in-universe roleplay going on. Thanks to this you get a strong amount of enemy variety as well. The story is also generally quite endearing and funny, it feels weaker at points because the returning characters from BL1 are the focal points, Lilith, Brick and to a lesser extent Roland and Mordecai, and I didn't find them that likeable or interesting in the base game so they weren’t very motivational here, but Tina does the heavy lifting of the plot and she's great, with Torgue being a funny supporting character, the story does suffer a bit as the roleplay theme gets a bit less unique, with the story turning into an obvious fantasy retelling of the main BL2 plot, but it still works. The DLC is also great for loot, it generously drops Eridium allowing you to get much needed expansions for weapon or item slots at a faster pace, which is a breath of fresh air, although how useful this is may vary given that it's designed to be one of the last things you play in BL2, for those that already have lots of Eridium there are many ways to use it throughout the world. The raid boss is also much better designed than earlier ones, still tough but more manageable, with more intuitive mechanics.
